Hopefully a proper one too... part of my new job is snow clearance... lots of snow = lots of overtime  8)

Yep 10 degrees here today ,,Dunstable..and will get colder tonight......winter draws on as me mum use to say  ;D ;D

You'll be lucky if you 3/4 days of snow dahn sarf.

Would that be the light dusting type that closed Gatwick last year, while I drove down delivered, and left.. :o  ::)
But last year Dr gollom wasn't there.

But last year Dr gollom wasn't there.
I was, but in a different job... and it's as much to do with visibilty as actual snowfall... ATC control the flight volume at any given moment, and clearing snow from the aircraft slows things down alot... actual runway was closed for about twenty minutes ;)
