We've all heard the news.
Anyway......after finally getting through they can't tell me if my account has been hacked or not.
As for an apology their response was more of a 'f*ck you'
Apparently it's not their fault.

I think they've been a a tad bizzy my lud, they did say any body who has lost money will be re-imbursed,.
I cant believe a titled gentleman banks with Tesco, I would have thought, he would use coutts via banke Swisse then to the Cayman islands.
