Yes.   :)

As the Moon will be closer to the Earth than normal, it's gravitational pull will be stronger, causing higher high tides and lower low tides.  :)

I think Lincolnshire might get flooded!  :o  :(

Nope the tides will not be as high as the usual equinox tides due to the reletive position of the sun and the moon.
