Post by: Jimbob on 15 November 2016, 12:55:28
Im replacing the Aux belt and tensioner on the Zafira B (z19dth)  Does anyone (with tis) happen to have the torque settings (or any other useful tips)

Im not running any vauxhall software currently.

Ok, useless in terms of a definitive answer, however, the Omega is 25Nm for the pulley (did mine t'uther day) and I can't imagine the Zafira being a squillion miles away from this.

Slap it in and wind it up...

If it snaps it's too tight and if it rattles then it's not tight enough :D

Ah ok... crank pulley failure is pretty routine way of destroying the engine bay on those, hence the suggestion  ;)
