Im replacing the Aux belt and tensioner on the Zafira B (z19dth) Does anyone (with tis) happen to have the torque settings (or any other useful tips)
Im not running any vauxhall software currently.
Cheers

Ok, useless in terms of a definitive answer, however, the Omega is 25Nm for the pulley (did mine t'uther day) and I can't imagine the Zafira being a squillion miles away from this.

tensioner to block, 50nm

Slap it in and wind it up...
If it snaps it's too tight and if it rattles then it's not tight enough :D

Moved on from that now....the other pully is completely missing! Torque settings for that too please. :-)

The crank pulley?

Idler between crank and ac

Ah ok... crank pulley failure is pretty routine way of destroying the engine bay on those, hence the suggestion ;)
