So I was watching the news last night on the BBC where the lead story was that the Russians and Syrians had resumed bombing Aleppo and they showed footage of jets taking off from the Russian aircraft carrier in the Med and another Russian warship firing missiles.
Then there was footage of parachute bombs descending on Aleppo and I thought that surely the Russians would be using more sophisticated weaponry than that. :-\
I switched to ITV where the message was much the same, however when I checked RT they were showing the same images of planes and missiles leaving warships, but were claiming that the Russians were hitting 'Internationally recognised' terrorist positions in Homs and Idlib!
So someone is telling porkies! But who? ??? Can we continue to assume that it's the Russian media spreading propaganda? :-\

Removed a redundant word there for you ;)

Although removing media would be just as likely.

I think the Russians were targeting two sites and the Syrian Air Force were targeting another with barrel bombs.

The news I watched (BBC) specifically stated that the Russians were not bombing Aleppo.

BBC South West must give a different version of events than BBC UP North! :)

I think you'll find that it depends what time you watch the report. Later ones seem to be more detailed, because they can't wait to get half a story out early on.

I can't believe that nice Mr Putin would do anything unpleasant. :)

The same applies to that nice Mr Assad. :)

I notice you haven't mentioned the peculiar Mr Trump, who sounds like a minor Dickens character.

He's proposing to build a Wall to stop the Planes and Bombs, and He's going to make the Russians pay for the Wall.
What a pleasant forward thinking Man he is, he certainly knows how to get things sorted and he's not even President yet.
