Title: epc 3.0

hello guys and girls as title i was in my local gm dealer last week and the parts guy give me this disc (epc 3.0) but i can,t get it to open, am i doing somthing wrong or do you need other software to run this. i am not much use on a computer so it might just be me, i supect that i need sortware to run this what do you think, can i get this sortware or is this disc worthless :questionand if i can get it how much does it cost any thoughts wellcome

I'm guessing he didn't give you the licence, hence its illegal.
