and have full central locking again :D
took me about an hour and a half, taking my time, though had to take the door card off several times when refitting, as i'd forgotton several things, and only realised each one after i'd attatched the card :-X
oh well, all done now :)

What's a "lazy" door lock?
Does that mean it sometimes doesn't respond when using the remote?
-
yes, it will occasionally unlock or lock, but most of the time you have to use the key - mine was stuck in deadlock too.
-
I've got that problem on the passenger side - no keyhole. Won't do it for the garage, so they haven't been able to fix it.
I'm beginning to suspect it may be a hot weather problem.
-
could a lazy door lock also cause a door to open whilst driving?
I have had it a couple of times and it seems to better to close the door with a window a little bit open.
When looking at the door locking mechanism it is working fine and I can push against the door when i have just closed it but still every now and then it will open all of a sudden whilst dring.

Don't know but i'd be tempted to lock all the doors with the drivers door pin when you set off!...until you've investigated more thoroughly!
....and update your profile to include car details etc, makes it easier to offer advice :y

Thanks for the reminder :)
Forgotten al about my profile.
Even when the doors are locked whislt driving then it still can suddenly open whilst driving.
