Title: What am I doing wrong?

just visited OOF shop to order a window sticker.Filled in form tried ordering and it doesn't seem to want to let me order it,so obviously I'm doing something wrong as all it does is take me back to filling in the required information again ???

Revisited shop,as suspected it was me doing stuff wrong,all sorted out now and window sticker ordered and paid for :y

Yep all my own fault for not reading questions properly.When it asked for date of birth I automatically entered date/month/year,whereas I should have put it as month/date/year-isn't that the American way of dating something?Any way all sorted and according to latest e-mail it's been dispatched :y

Yes, the software is American, and other date formats are irrelevant, as the world ends at the eastern seaboard.  Its a lot of frig to get te clock to read GMT.
