I got kind of distracted with other projects ... the MV6 has been dry-stored for about the last 5 years, only coming out once or twice a year but it's been kept on MoT. That stainless exhaust I was planning 11 years ago is finally on the cards for this year's test.
Anyway, enjoy.

Just over 49 000 That is low :y

Huh. My CDX is a KW02 as well - 15 on 18th June :). Now comes with optional extra of a Driver's Foot Spa :(.
-
My Elite is also KW02.

Your 2.6 still looks really good. :y
-
Looks excellent :y
Has the rear arch been sprayed at some point? I notice there is no black strip on it.
-
Well spotted - surface rust appeared on the rear door corners and wheel arch edges about 2013. I got it all removed and repainted but lost the black strips making sure it was done right. Keep missing the original GM strips on ebay but the back doors are hardly ever used anyway.
-
Someone on here mentioned they had a pair of new black strips they wanted to sell, about a year ago. May be worth posting up a wanted ad ? ;)
-
They'd be easy enough to make if you had the old one as a template. After all, it's only a stick on affair.
-
Really nice looking car ,they do look stately when given a real deep clean :y
-
I will get round to it some time - the painter suggested just using something like good quality adhesive vinyl
-
It does look tidy, thought of showing her?
-
My Elite is also KW02.

Luton registration. Quite a popular place to register Vauxhall's in the past. Be Peugeot soon.

My old MV6 manual is now a parts donor elsewhere but was also a KW02, ex demo car.
My last memory of it is how well it demonstrated the ability to crumble once the sill covers were removed...
