Just got in from walking the dog, there are a few great walks around here, parked the car and walked to the entrance to the river walk and found about 2 dozen beer cans scattered around,what is wrong with people? Fortunately I had a large bin bag usually for muddy boots so they are now in my recycling just annoys me , rant over.

It's probably the 'younger generation'.
Me and swmbo were sat in Mcdonalds car park in Poole. Car next door contained three 'youths'. When they finished, they just opened the windows and chucked all the rubbish on the ground, despite there being a bin in front of the next bay to them. Just plain ignorance !!!! :(

Followed a
car mumbus this morning. Rear windows open and kids merrily chucking crisp packets out. Good job she'd turned off before stopping at any junctions. >:(

The frightening thought is that there were tyre tracks close by so obviously driving under the influence I would imagine.

Where the tyre tracks were the vehicle would have not been visible from the road, so yes I expect a good time was had by all !

It's because it doesn't occur to them to do anything else... There's always someone who will pick it up, either out of choice or because it's their job.
I see this day in and day out and if I had my way, anyone who threw their parking ticket out of the window would be hit with a bill via the registration number on the ticket. And don't get me started on smokers who will stand next to an ashtray and then drop the butts on the floor when they're done :-X

Not sure it is. There seems to be a whole class of people who selfishly think they can, and that the government/council/somebody else will tidy up after them.
And scum breeds scum :(
And the useless, dozy go-gooders like the ugly bint in Opti's avatar stop us penalising them with a .22 calibre....

Education is the answer to these problems. They should be taken to a classroom at the local school, after the school days has finished. Then, one by one, they should be systematically beaten with a baseball bat. At the end of the lesson, they should be asked if they've learned anything that day, and made to say thank you to the 'teacher'. :)

Beats my one size answer fits all situations " I blame it on the parents".
I live in lovely rural countryside and count my blessings for such. However the Spanish are terrible at littering OFTEN their own land. They leave a litre beer after their lunch. Only a matter of time before it breaks. Others pack their litter away and then toss it out as they drive along. The irony is that their are general refuse bins and recycling bins everywhere.

Ha dont get me statted either. Im a victor meldrew.people who beep and flash you when your doin 20 in a 20 zone,people who go through road works traffic lights,mobile phone users etc etc. Im the one who usually says something and then ends up paying the consiquence. ,!

I was sent to see the Headmaster on a regular basis.
I can't recall how many times I received the cane. The old bastard told me I was a trouble maker. ;D

Sounds very much like my youth Opti, the headmaster told me I would amount to nothing & never have anything.Silly old sod.But if I had ever thrown rubbish out of the car or not placed it in a bin my Dad would have tanned my arse .

So......if I see a group of young girlies dropping litter, I should give their bottoms a good spanking? I could do that. Tell them that they've been very naughty and that they have to pull their panties down and bend over and.....oh....ooooo.....aaahhhh.........I'll be back in a minute :-[

Yep, he's getting soft, it's only a .22 not a .38 with a hollow tip.
