Title: The trainline
Post by: STEMO on 07 March 2017, 22:02:48
As I posted earlier, wifey is was going to London tomorrow. She can't go now, due to an 'allegation' at school. So I had a live chat with a nice lady from the trainline and she (school) will get a refund minus £10. Considering she was due to travel early in the morning, I think that's very reasonable.

I thought the payment was only £12 to start with.

Dont think your going to get from Liverpool to London and back again for 12 quid.

it will cost more than that just to bum around London on the Tubes/Buses.

By the time the car has arrived, the dog is worn out from bouncing around the cavernous boot ;)

One man and his dog.....off to explore the great outdoors.......in their trusty bile green astra......in wind, rain, snow........nothing stops them. Then back home to a warm fire..only to find that the zirk fella has burgled the house and rifled through my smalls.
The bastard!  ;D

Female smalls I have experience of........elderly northern bloke smalls I'm guessing may be/almost certainly will be less attractive. :)

I imagine Mrs STMO holds them at arms length.

I live in Barnsley. We don't just turn them back to front to get an extra week, we then turn them inside out and get two further weeks.  ::)

But you can never get Liverpool to take him back.....
