Has died today.

The only rider / driver to win a motorcycle world championship and F1 Championship. :y

Watched a programme about him a couple of years ago, a great man liked Jaguars (proper ones) if my memory serves me correctly. RIP John.

Something like seven times world champion on bikes before winning the formula 1 title  with Ferrari in 1964.  :y

Sad to hear this.He always came across as a sincere,honestly spoken man.Hugely talented on 2 wheels and 4.R.I.P. :'(

Disgraceful that he was never knighted, yet many footballers were for winning the World Cup once! >:(
