Title: Parts
Post by: johnyoung1966 on 10 March 2017, 18:11:05
Hi All,

I have joined the group for my father in law as he is beyond the power of the internet. He has an Omega 2003 which he loves, but has failed the MOT and the garage can't find the parts they need. I have the part numbers of what they are, but not sure what I am looking at. If I put them down below is the anyway you guys could help locate them, maybe you ever have them.

Brake Backing plates - 24436738 Near Side
Brake Backing plates - 24436739 Off Side

Rear suspension linkage

Part no 9057641
Bracket 9053816

Any help would be great

Thanks
John

Brake rear plates, from memory are nls, and the other part am assuming is the rear ARB link, which are available on eBay.

Rear arb links on the Omega are bombproof... could mean either of the rear level sensors :-\

If the backing plates have rotted where the hold down pins for the handbrake shoes go through then I'm sure someone did a thread on repair/bodge of this area on here some while ago?
