went to the horse trials at the park today, first outing in the new Elite estate with the dogs in the back, performed great, even fully loaded with 3 adults, lots of food, 2 dogs, still flew along and had plenty of power for overtaking ::) 8-)

Nikon D80 - 135mm Lens with a Polarizing Filter

Though it was a DSLR. I have a D80 too. Top camera - I went to the shop with the full intention of buying a D50 but the D80 'handled' so much better I blew the budget for that. I got it with the the 18-70 zoom and I use an older 70-210 Sigma that was bought for a Nikon film camera.

I too looked at the D50, but I thought sod it and get the D80 thought i would just grow into it.
18-70 was the standard lens, i paid a little more for the 18-135, i wanted the 18-200 but could not afford it.
I find the 135 very good all-rounder.

I do have a 18-24mm lens, which is super wide. Borrowed it off a friend. Was not cheap!
