I don't know what you, or they, have been smoking, but I think someone has switched the prescribed dose :-X

Speed, centripetal force, high C of G and narrow tyres suggests this will not end well. ::) ::) ::)

Slight floor in that system, is Planes Take Off and Land into wind, so on that basis about 75% of the circular Runway is never going to be used at any one time. ::)

Makes for a nice test/race track when they find out they screwed up :y

Fixed. Different aircraft accelerate/decelerate at different rates so you would need a constantly variable radius.
Not to mention that it would take up sooo much more space than a single 2 mile strip... ::)

Well the M25 is not doing much these days, they can use that if they want.

Wouldn't work. If your like me when undoing a nut i have to picture in my head which way it goes!!!
What will happen when the pilots taking off meet a plane landing towards them. It would be like is that my clockwise or anti clockwise :D :D

There was me, thinking, "well at least you can't run out of runway"

Well you can if you land in a straight line, which is how most emergency landinds tend to work.
