Coming out of Sainsbury's car park and going in was this immaculate 1970s Vauxhall Cresta PC Estate.
A very rare example I think, but it looked good. :y
I still prefer the 1960s Vauxhall Cresta PA though, which one I notice is one for sale on one online site - at £8,000 :-* :-* 8) 8)
Now these cars were always better than any BL offering :D :D ;)

I remember these well, Lizzie. A big old bus. Rumour has it that the Cresta was immune to the dreaded tin worm. ::) ::) :-* :-* :-*

Well I know the PA was not immune. By 1970 so many were covered in rust on the wings, sills; well everywhere! They had become VERY rare by then as a result, but I still love them........now where is that £8k for the PA being advertised? ;D ;D

Is it one of the early ones with the 3 rear windows?or the later one with one piece window?Ibelieve the 3 window are the most sought after of the PA's.
