A quick appeal should sort that out. And the judge should be sacked....and his house burned down.....and he should be shot in front of his family. That'll learn him.

Hmm. Not sure the headline actually matches the article. A speciality of that particular gutter rag.

So the council brought an action against family A, to order they demolish buildings and vacate land that they own. But before the council get round to enforcing that injunction family A sold the land to family B.

So why should the judge allow an injunction to be actioned against Family B when it was granted against family A. It would Make no sense.

The council need to go back and get an injunction and action that injunction against the people who actually own the land.

Incidentally I fu€king hate the express.

In common with the Mail the Express hates everything and everybody. A decent page 3 girl would liven it up a bit. :)
