Was Remainer May aiming for this to fu*k #Brexit? :o :o :o

The dementia tax, bring back fox hunting, state intervention in businesses and more online snooping suggests so. :(

First two seats suggest exit poll is wrong. Remember they don't include postal votes, many of whom will have been posted before the late Liebour surge. But the high turnout may count against the Conservatives. It is going to be a long long night.

Even so, it currently doesn't look good for many and maybe no Conservative gains.

I'm sure you are all thrilled at the thought of another possible 6-week repeat starting in September. :o :o :o

Conservatives- a divided party with a smaller majority. May is toast but i thought that was the plan all along. Question is who will the 1922 put in her place?

Labour divided party led by popular left wing loony

SNP  lost a load of seats. 2nd referendum now toast as is wee Kranky

UKIP toast

United kingdom a divided country. All bodes badly for Brexit negotiations. Gulp.

Definitely not.

However it's nice to see Theresa getting exactly what she deserves. She called an election based on pure opportunism, thought she could mug people off with an uncosted manifesto and then dodged as much public scrutiny as possible.

Hopefully the stories will do the decent thing and stage a Night of the Long Knives in the coming weeks. Assuming she doesn't do the decent thing and throw herself on her sword.
