Lots of us have them, known as the cheapo tech2
They work 'ok' with a laptop with a real serial port, things get tricky if you are using a converter from USB.
Software is 1/2 hungarian, it may talk to some systems, but not others.
I have successfully read and reset various Omega, Vectra and Corsa codes with mine.
Very hit and miss device, but in my mind WELL worth the money.
I wouldnt not have one.

Its pretty rubbish to be honest, but worth the money IF you have a laptop with a PROPER serial port.
The extra DVD will be an illegal version of TIS2000, which won't work with the cheapo tech2 (but still a handy reference if you can get a legal copy ;))
