Where do you plug that in or how do you charge it up?and where's the buttons to make things move about? ;D Just think of all the claims going in when the poor dears scratch themselves ::)

Ah yes: back in the days when the streets were in black and white - and the people weren't!

Health and safety
Look at the kid on the far left of the picture midway down , looks like it just fell off 😏
But kids are different now we had the grandkids on Saturday and went to the park they were bored after 10minutes 🙄 And not interested in climbing I think I was on the climbing more than they were 😏

Mrs TB was grumbling about the inconsiderate nature of the "little darlings" yesterday. She (correctly, IMHO) surmised that if the parents actually took *any* responsibility for their offspring, as opposed to wrapping them in bubblewrap, and taught them correct behaviour, the UK would be a far better place.
However, I fear, now its too late. As these little baskets will soon be breeding themselves. And then we're all oppsed.

Yep two things.
Parents.
Cotton wool society.

Yes it's not the kids that are different it's the parents. ::)
Let a bunch of todays 10 year olds loose on that climbing frame and they'd be all over it. The parents would be in meltdown however! ;D

Isn't this the question one asks that confirms that you are definitely a grump old git?

this is something me and my girlfriend are constantly going on about. well i am ,she sort of understands todays kids cos she works in a school.she has two teenagers herself snd when i go to her house they are hidden upstsirs in their rooms talking to there mates on phones.they come down for tea, grunt a bit then go back upstairs.they dont even seem to talk to eachother.they are hardly ever out of the house, hardly ever go walking around at night or actually phisically see their friends face to face.i am totally amazed and saddened by this but she tells me its perfectly normal ,all other kids are the same and that i cant expect kids to be like i was at their age. ! . why the hell not i say to her!why do no kids now of any age (within reason)go out on their bikes, play in the woods, put tarzan swings up,jump across the beck,go to their mates,go around town on saturday.it amazes me but yeah i must be just a grumpy old git but surely other people feel the same. when i was 13 or so me and my mates were playing about with old cars in fields trying to get them to run,and seeing who had the loudest and best steroe system at home etc etc. where are tommorows engineers, mechanical ,or otherwise.logical fault finders etc cos they dont seem to have any actual interest in doing anything physical at all or understanding how stuff works .ok. thats enough !

Im glad I'm not a kid growing up in todays world. None of it makes sense to grown adults, so it must be very confusing if your a kid.
