Title: How do I start a new topic in the trading area?

I'm a new user who's scratching his head trying to enter a new topic, to source a rear reflector, in the trading area - small items wanted, but I can't see a New Topic button.  Am I being stupid? Can someone help me.  i won't be offended.

The trading section is closed for posting to users with less than 250 posts to discourage unscrupulous sellers, however, we would have no problem with a "wanted" ad. If you post your ad in the "Test Zone" we will move it to the "Parts for sale / Wanted" area. :y
