Title: do you know anyone real gullible
Post by: Richie London on 08 August 2008, 17:36:45
replying to a post just now  had me thinking.
i once told some woman on the chat rooms i see the queen hanging out her washing at windsor castle when i worked there as a contractor. silly mooo

but the best one was i was chatting to someone and she asked to see a pic of me so i put up steve mcqueen in a suit. couldnt believe it when she actually said i look a bit like steve mqueen. she wasnt very happy when i told her it was him. she basically called me a begins with c and ends in t  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

The written word carries a weight that the spoken one doesn't.

Otherwise the Daily Mail (and co) would be out of business. There's no way you'd buy such hysterical rubbish is it was spouted in smoking shelter at work.

Down the pub is different. We've all heard of "beer goggles". I reckon the same applies. "Bullshit headphones".
