Anybody got a good known working alternator suitable for 2003..3.2 please :y

What's failed on yours? Is it worth the cost (including) shipping of getting a used one when a regulator pack is only about £40 on a guaranteed next day delivery

Replaced the regulator pack around 4 years ago now so think its just worn out tbh.Its just about putting out 13.5volts on idle so for the effort in removing I was going to just replace like/like when I had time

Had intended getting a good s/h then refurbing it so ready to go,but agree with your logic ;)

Worth checking for bad connections. Is the 13.2v at battery or at the alternator itself ?

Earths all seem sound. :y

Voltage checked at Alternator end but also similar across battery

Admin please lock as have gone down the new alternator route  :)
