Relatively low speed, would guess it to be 40-50 km/h, and brand new truck, so, would stop that quickly without much driver intervention loaded or not...

Driver was clearly awake though, as he used his horn and hit the brakes before he had passed the bus :y

Yes a very lucky child.I'd like to hope that there's a lesson to be learned by so many[not just children!] about how not to cross a road,and learn how to do it properly instead.But I doubt it'll happen.
