According to The Guardian ( so it must be true) the EU compound in Kabul, Afghanistan is at the centre of a black market booze smuggling ring. ::)
Documents seen by The Guardian show that the EU spent £386,000 of taxpayers cash on booze in 20 months up to December 2016, so that's £18,000 a month. :o It seems much of it has been flogged out the back door to black marketeers. ::)
I'd be shocked and angered if it emerged that the EU were spending this sort of cash on booze in a liberal democracy (which they probably do!), but in a Muslim country where alcohol is banned it's just outrageous! >:(

I expect that this is the tip of the iceberg of EU waste, profligacy and corruption! ::) >:(

The top of the tip of the iceberg I would think. Its run like a small African banana republic. In fact they might just offer Mugabe a job as a financial adviser, now he is looking for work. ;D

Surely not?
The Eu is perfectly run on our behalfs. No waste, no curruption, no scams. :y

As is proven when they have their accounts signed off annually. :y
Oh, hang on a minute....... :D ;D ;D

Only £18k in a month, Drunkier obviously hasn't visited yet or it would have been much higher than that with a local shortage of Special Reserve Vintage Brandy. ::) ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D
