Twitter post on a doctor's report:

"unable to eat diarrhea"

should have been:

"unable to eat, diarrhea"

that requires a capital 'J' on the proper noun, not a comma, to read correctly.

Thinking about it now. I've entered a few dogs when the demon drink has tempted me, but never a horse. :-\
