Look at the reason for failure on the 8th June 2006 MOT. ;D
-
MOT history not compatible with look and description of car, sommat fishy me thinks!
:)
-
Not a "loved car " in its previous life ???
-
Definitely, one look at that MOT history would put any prospective buyer off & the price is ridiculous.
-
Agree price is OTT but Mot history is typical omega/older car stuff and nothing to worry about, at least it's had no serious corrosion failures.
-
The failure I’m talking about was for an obstruction on the windscreen. ;D
-
The advisories look to me like the typical list a tester will come up with to show he is doing his job properly. Nothing serious to worry about there. Apart from the windscreen obstruction, obviously. :)

Mmm, be careful, wood and smelly comes to mind. ::)
-
Advisories from 1 year to the next never addressed indicates a poorly maintain car .
Pity really as initial glance is a good car with all the extras, but they don't really wear.
Walk on by at that price :o

That’s not an Irmscher front bumper which makes me suspicious of the provenance of the rest of it

That's a Steinmetz, type lower extension, goes onto the standard elite bumper, as is the rear bumper extension, think it's just irmscher front grill.

It's an alternative Irmscher design... :y
Originally priced at about half the cost of the full bumper. Juts out past the front of the bumper though, so vulnerable. Form over function ::)

We/you lot on here are very picky when it comes to omegas, for obvious reasons. But I think that’s a lot of car for little money. It’s going to need fettling and looking after but, surely, if you love your omegas it’s worth it.

My Omega is increasing in value every time one is offered at that kind of price! ;D ;D ;)

If the asking prices keep increasing like this then pretty soon[say another 10yrs or so]mine will be worth all of £1.50p :D ;D

Wassup? It just goes to show that you’re tester isn’t the only turd in the fish tank. ;D
