Gear puller. Although I've always found rocking them back and forth has always done it.

Or one of THESE (https://www.dropbox.com/s/oc04t3i6fvo4yjb/Untitled.jpg?dl=0)
I have one, but have never needed to use it on wipers. They've always come off by folding them, and jiggling.

A CAD drawing? How does that help? I can't even work out how it would help if it was an actual item.

Machine Mart market a tool named Windscreen Wiper Arm Remover, but it's not much good, inclined to bend. I use a two legged puller that came with a Heidelberg GTO print machine, to pull bearings off rollers. The above bearing puller might work, but it's got too many legs.

Last time I had to remove some stuck arms on a friends car, I used a ball joint tool similar to this, it worked great:- https://www.autozone.com/loan-a-tools/tie-rod-end-puller

I have never found the need for any special tool. Once the nut has been removed, some forceful downwards movement on the arm around the area where the spring is located has always worked for me.
-
Loosen nut, fold arm up, grab hinge end of arm and jiggle. Tapping spindle with a ratchet if a shock is required to dislodge it :y

That's what I've always done, but removal of my Mercs wiper arm needed a ball joint puller like that linked to by addy

Yes, I bought one even though I don't need it right now - with a 17-year-old car you never know!
Thanks for the link, gbh. :y
