Title: May goes summer
Post by: Zirfeld on 31 May 2018, 14:28:13
Hotest May ever recorded!

16°C average temperature in Germany. The range is from 15°C up to 18°C. That is a good June level.

I thought it was a reference to the Uk prime minister Mrs May.

I am not a great fan of heat but do like sun and blue skies. Here is hoping you have a warm summer too. 8)

On the whole we have had a warmer than average May in the Southeast of the UK as well. Not loads of sunshine with many overcast days but pleasantly warm on most days. :y :y :y

I'm waiting for Lord Opti to contradict me, he was getting on back then so he probably won't remember it being that warm. :P :P :P

Moin Rods

Looks like you are getting old. Did you forget May 1889? In central Europe it was the warmest one until 2018

List of the 25 warmest Mays.

Actual June level is at 22°C average in the warmest regions (Rhine / Main area). That is Varche level :D
