Title: Contracts ready for signing this week.

The house move has been progressing steadily no hiccups yet, should be signing this week & then just agree a date at the moment the end of July is looking favourite. Just under six weeks since all offers were accepted.Everything crossed at the moment , looking forward to my man cave (double garage)😎

Fingers crossed for a smooth move. I remember it always being stressful especially the time prices were dropping.

Well done! Not long before its all done and dusted now!  :y

We have the full clown-car full of local estate agents coming round to do the valuations tomorrow, so only at the very start of the fun.  ::)

Just had notification on our move to Brakkers....looking for mid July completion at the latest :)
