Post by: BazaJT on 12 August 2018, 10:58:25
Saw one of these on the "bay"yesterday while scanning through the classic Vauxhall section.A 2.8T Elite nav version with fridge.Price had reached-at the time I saw it-the dizzying heights of £250,surely that's got to be top money for a Signum? :D ;D ;D

It's time will come. :)

Soon the mighty Signum will get the respect it deserves and take on classic status.

I remember when Jaguar 'couldn't give away' the last V12 E-Type in 1975.  The last 50 were finished in black and worth a fortune now.

Th Signum 2.8T will soon take it's place in history as a great motor car.  :)

I don't think there is much fun to be had in a Derv Zaffy, Al.

Probably about as exciting as other 'white goods' :)

Signum tax £46.81 x 12 =  £561.72.

So no more expensive than the Tata. ::) ::) ::)

Crazy, when BMW 3.0 Twin Turbo petrol is £130 a year. (Admittedly much newer)

Wish they would scrap that stupid rule, as it makes load of interesting old cars stupid money.

As do I. I wish they would make the tax a set percentage of the value of the car. That would work well with the Signum, but not so well with the Jag.

Just scrap it and add it to the price of petrol / boat fuel. That would make me a very happy man.  :)

If it were a percentage of the cars value they'd be paying me to drive them as both mine are worth about 2/3rds of sod all :D :D ;D
