Title: auto-parts- online
Post by: raywilb on 21 August 2018, 20:56:14
has any body had dealings with these. I ordered and paid for a couple of wishbones on via amazon on the 30th july & was given a delivery date of the 14th august. this came & went no goods. amazon advised me to contact them & after a number of emails with no reply I asked for money back. the company is based in Thorn Nr Doncaster & the telephone number that they advertise doesn't even dial before a voice intervenes saying nobody available to answer the phone.

Don't arse around with them, Ray. Get amazon to give you a call back and insist on a refund.

Get your money back and, despite TB's experiences with them, buy your wishbones kit (includes track rod and drop link) from ATP. Good quality, excellent price and prompt delivery with no hassle.
Sorry TB, I can only speak as I find.

Ron.

I bought a pair of bottom arms for the V70 from them not long ago, arrived on time and good quality so no complaints from me.Didn't have to try contacting them though so can't speak for that aspect.

Except the wishbones are of poor quality.  But count yourself lucky the bloody stuff turned up, as ATP can't deal with any queries.
