Title: Scumbags
Post by: STMO123 on 02 December 2006, 21:12:48
Just got back from the wifes school. Some effing toerags have smashed through one of the side doors with a huge piece of rock.
Once inside, did they steal the thousands of pounds worth of computer equipment in there, or did they just make a right bleedin mess of the nursery?
Two guesses.

So the mentally challenged kids went back to play in the sandpit and painpots then?

I blame the parents.  They should get to play with them such things, even as (im)mature adults...

Bury them up to the necks in a VERY deep sandpit then let the crows and seagulls do there bit to educate them....   ;)

(I liked that TCM film, been watching a lot lately)

Potentially between 12-16, bored, unruly, no respect, family/parents well? :-/...Guess they'll have to put up some physical security measures now :y

Leave the poor things alone its bound to be because they have had a deprived childhood/are from a one parent family.

Light blue touchpaper and stand well back.

Without trying to be too philosophical, the really sad part is that I found it quite hard to be upset or shocked. Its just an every day occurence in schools and nurseries these days.
If I wanted to be really bitter and twisted about it, I guess I could that it will teach the young ones a lesson about what the world is really like.
And where better to learn that than school?

The unfair bit about it is that the b*stards who did it never get to learn their lesson, because they never get caught, and, if they do, well....need I go on..

The real problem is a lack of respect and discipline.  If they get caught they'll face no punishment as they are probably only 10 anyway.  Any older and they might get an ASBO and that's now seen as cool, so they win eitherway.

A good kicking would be in order I think  >:(

first offence just a telling off, or down the nick, picked up by parents with a warning, unless they are under any kind of supervision order, in which case a telling off and straight home :-?

Nope, they wouldn't even get that because in this wonderful "nanny state" we now live in you're not allowed to lay a bloody finger on them. If you did you end up on a rather assualt charge >:(

Yeah have to agree Bob.Dent is correct...back in 96 was driving along dual carriageway in Lewisham. london, day b64 going up to scotland, all of a sudden smash, sumit hit the windscreen, abloody fair size stone, lucky for me the windscreen was laminated, and no one behind me, slammed brakes on, jumped out car spotted 15/16 year Baa Baa Rainbow sheeps over the other side, jumped over central reserve, cought the little Rainbow sheep. told you you run I will batter u, took hi over to the car and kept my knee on his back to stop him running away, whilst I called the police. they came ended up in the cop shop, as the kid did, gave statement, he got picked up by his parents, I got f**k all back and cost me 200 bucks to get a new screen. To top that I get a letter from the met pOlice, saying sorry u have been a victim of crime and and that no perpetrator had been caught........Ha ha f**k*n ha >:(

Having been there and done the teen thing fairly recently, I can sympathise with them on the level that there really is bugger all else to do in this country, between the ages of 13 and 18. So kids gotta make their own fun. That combined with the fact that the empathic area of their brains is not fully developed, that means teens have this incredible self-centeredness about them. Which can be pretty hard to comprehend as most people don't realise the latter part.

I'm not condining that behaivour in the slightest, it's pretty sickening. I never even went that far, but thats because I had a local pub and pool club willing to let underage teenagers in there - granted they behaved themselves - and a dad who used to take me to the pub anyway (and still does :D). I'm just saying, they have nothing to do and no inhibitors in their heads warning them of what the aftermath may be. So what do people think will happen?

Have teenagers suddenly evolved into low life pieces of scum? Because I cant remember being like that. And please dont tell me its because they're hard done by, it was pretty sh*tty on the back streets of Liverpool where I grew up, but our little gang, apart from beating the crap out of each other now and again, wre quite civilised.

Some kids just dont grasp or know what the impact of such actions are, and how they affect other people. However, when they have to start fending for themselves and paying biolls they'll soion get a grasp ;)

Except that, these days, quite a few of them never actually reach the point where they have to support themselves. Social care, cradle to grave. Rule Britannia.

Local school in Carlisle suffered similar attack at the weekend.  Bust open doors, ransacked desks and left with a tenner in loose change from the petty cash.  :-[

Oh yeah, speed cameras, antiterrorism BS, and making parents criminally liable for truancy is the solution to all our problems! ::)

A few comments as an outsider; I do like it here, but it feels safer in Israel.  Also, assuming I will have kids I will leave the UK before they are old enough to go to school.

The governments made it all worse by stopping parents from punishing their kids, and allowing the teenagers/children to take legal action against the parents if any such punishment should occur. Once that thought is planted inside the teenagers heads, there's no limit to how selfish and retarded they can be.

So, once again it boils down to this labour shit we call a government.
