Just got back from my usual Barnsley>Bradford>Sheffield>Barnsley run. Cars covered in snow in Bradford and Sheffield, and the spray on the motorway was horrendous. I was appalled by the fact that, until it actually started getting dark, more than half of the vehicles on the motorway had no lights on. You could see no more than about 20 metres, the spray was that bad.
Phew, got to admit I'm glad to get home. Fickin knackered.

Out the sky.

Very windy here today, but otherwise quite bright & mild, with the occasional squally shower. Its grim up North. :D

.... more than half of the vehicles on the motorway had no lights on. ....
Cos people are stupid & rely on 'auto lights' instead of using a bit of common sense and actually turning their own lights on ???

It's been a lovely sunny, if breezy day here today! :y Although it was howling at about 5am and woke me up. :-\
It's grim oop norf! ;D

First thing a nasty gang of squally showers with hail mixed in, followed by 60 MPH gusts along the south coast. One of my bikes blew over, but next doors fence saved it ::)
Don`t remember this being forcast, but what do they know anyway :-\

The was a yellow alert for gusts ::)

Out on the dog walk set off it was bright and sunny with a bit of breeze, about half way round and sky darkened wind really got up and it hammered it down with hail.Got home stinging a bit from the hail and wet through and just as I reached the front door the sun came out again ???

Same thing happened to me yesterday at about 5pm .. and I wasn't wearing a hat, and I have no hair. Couldn't feel my brain by the time I got home ;D
I blame the dog.

I have used this for a number of years, updates on a regular basis. :y
Seems Barnsley has twice the snow forecast than we have for Rotherham. :-\

Snowed like the clappers here in Brakkers for a while

"WTF did that weather come from?" Brexit of course!
Remainiacs & a UK national broadcaster, say it is due US-EU good weather agreement no longer applying to the UK after 29th of March & it was a trial run by the EU over the weekend to show us what leaving the EU protection means. A US government spokesperson has confirmed the weather should improve again once there is, a yet to be negotiated, US-UK good weather agreement in place, but we must accepted all rain & snow being chlorinated with added growth hormones, so we still get heavy showers, especially in April. ::) ::) ::) :-[ :-[ :-[ :P :P :P ;D ;D ;D
