The good news is the test only cost £29.95.
Car failed on broken coil spring (again).... :-\
Both rear brakes excessively binding ......2.5 hours of labour.
Total £133 plus VAT......so £160.
Could be worse. :y Could be better. :-\
-
Rear brakes will be the handbrake self adjusters seizing within the callipers...
And I very nearly suggested a broken spring or two earlier ;D
Like you said, could be worse... at least it doesn't need welding ::)

Advisories were both rear tyres having cracked tread in the centre.
Exhaust also got a mention but then it is the original from 2007. I imagine a replacement could cost a few bob.

Also......offside front ball joint has slight play.
Coil springs seem prone to breaking on a regular basis.

Is that because you are a lard ass and subjecting them to extra load ?!!!

It's only to be expected really, given the raw sexual magnetism of that fine automobile

I quite like the signum when they were first released. They are, after all, just a different shaped vectra. I've never driven either, so can't comment.

I'm sure you'd have lavished any amount to keep it on the road and it would have been worth every penny! :)

It is not like you to be so diplomatic.
Are you feeling unwell? ::)

Most uncomfortable seats ever
Crappest trim quality
Horrid styling
Sinus infection green colour
Was glad to see the back of the one I briefly had, especially as I made a packet after buying it spares/repair due to a faulty fuel pressure regulator £300 purchase, £60 FPR, £1395 sale price :D

I say what I see, Opti, diplomacy doesn't come into it.
