Had a delivery from DPD this morning. As usual, they were very efficient in giving me a one hour slot and sticking to it, with tracking of the driver available. Shortly after the delivery I received an invite to rate their driver, Gary. What? He pulled up, took out the parcel, knocked on my door, handed me the parcel and asked for a signature. What's to rate?
I looked for an email address on their website and sent them this:
Following the delivery of parcel number ######### to postcode ### ### this morning, I would be grateful if you could spare a minute to rate me as a customer.
1) Was I at home during the agreed delivery slot?
2) Did I open my front door in a timely manner?
3) Did I provide a legible signature on your impossibly difficult machine?
Your feedback is appreciated and will help me to better deal with delivery drivers in future.

Because if you rate them good, they can use the positive rating to promote the service, leave crap reviews and they will loose your review ;D
couriers do seem to be getting better at delivering things on time .

Ha ha, that really made me laugh. ;D ;D
At least you get a delivery. Here in the 3rd world we watch the tracking and bingo it is shown as delivered but it isnt. They just show it delivered to meet their SLA . The customer then has to contact the delivery company to arrange to pick it up from their office.

Nobody has a bad word to say about QVC.
Every single customer who calls in is 100% happy and would buy again. ::)

I am currently in a battle with Parcel Farce over a parcel that got damaged I sent out
The delivery driver told the recipient that the packaging was damaged, got him to sign and dissapeared before he could check what was missing
two months in and six forms filled out, four pictures sent, we are no closer to finding out if we are to receive any compensation for the lost parts
