Been an exciting day in Taekwondo today 'headed up' by Angel Matos kicking the ref in the head! Shameless.

He's been banned for life, along with his coach.

The judging in that has been dire it has to be said.

I watched a couple of fights but thought it was very boring TBH

But very bad sportsmanship, i think he should get done for ABH in my opinion >:(

wonder if he'll get sent to the cuban version of the salt mines ?
