Apart from Boris's case there is another possible BREXIT related court action that could be interesting. :)
Richard Tice the Chairman of the Brexit Party is threatening court action against Alyn Smith the SNP MEP, over comments he made on Sunday night about the Brexit Party's funding on live TV. He alleged that the Brexit Party is "a shell company that's a money laundering front". He has been given until midday tomorrow (Thursday) to set the record straight or face further action. :)
More details from the the Beeb (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-48445241) and Order-Order.com (https://order-order.com/2019/05/29/tice-suing-snp-mep-libel/)
They should also sue Alastair Campbell who commented on the live BBC election special that the Brexit Party had "the rubles coming in." Richard Tice demanded an apology, but Campbell refused. ::)
More (ironically) from Russia Today (RT) (https://www.rt.com/uk/460407-brexit-party-apology-rubles/) :)

If by interesting you mean that everyone is going to sue everyone else, there'll be nobody left to form any kind of goverment, the queen will dissolve parliament and re-take total control of the state... ;D ;D

Yes everyone is suing everyone else, as the leader of the English Democrats Robin Tilbrook, supported by Sir Bill Cash has another interesting case grinding it's way though the system to the High Court to prove that the government acted illegally when it extended the A50 period from 29th March.
If the High Court finds in his favour then we left the European Union on 29th March 2019......... We just didn't know it! :D

Not to be out done, my gliding club is taking the CAA to a judicial review next week. :D

Yes, I've been following this and the action should hot up over the next 5 to 6 weeks. I have bunged his fighting fund with a £50 contribution where it certainly could really put Larry the cat amongst PM Mays pigeons. :y :y :y

The fact that Tariq Mahmood* was out campaigning with Corbyn and his candidate should have rung alarm bells straightaway.
Plus the fact that people were boasting on social media that they had burned piles of Brexit party votes....
