Twas only a poxy rear wiper, but the prick refused to answer my emails. Most annoying. >:(

They are getting better.

There are so many rip off muppets on Ebay that I think they have to be carefull.

I had 3 paypal refunds over the last 3 months.

Ive never had a prob with ebay or paypal.......but i never buy from a seller abroad (ok i have done twice, once really coz seller pretended to be in the uk) and do check their feedback first  :y

Maybe ive just been lucky  :-/

But if your user name on ebay is Victor Mildew......maybe the sellers think its a windup  ;D :D

I have little trouble with ebay/paypal as a combination, but then I keep away from common scam items - laptops/phones etc.

I am, however, in a little bit of trouble with Paypal, outside of Ebay, but at least they have lifted the restrictions on my account now ::)
