A Turkish military pension fund has put in a provisional bid to buy British Steel.Would you want your future pension riding on the success/failure of this company?

When the UK leave Euro-land in a few weeks British steel will jump back to life  :y
because we will be a great country again and start making things   :)   :-\   :(

ONLY if people get behind Boris and give him their full support instead of pulling in the opposite direction. Let's have a united country for a change; that way we will be unbeatable!

Havn't you seen the news Ron?  ???

They're planning on a Government of National Unity made up of only 'progressive' remainy types, which will keep us in the Union, save our Union and we'll all be good little plebs and unite behind their plan.  :y

Good point Baza. If it is such a good bet , how come UK buyers aren't  clammering to buy?

I expect they'll promptly sack everyone, shut it down, asset strip and turn the site into a retail park.  ::)

Oh and then Turkish Steel (also owned by the Turkish Military Pension Fund) will become preferred suppliers of steel to Network Rail etc.  :P
