Sorry mate, looks just like a crappy link with a page that looks like its trying to put something malicious on your computer  :(

Clicked on it and the pop up blocker went mad, so giving it a miss.  :-/

I clicked on this site  a while ago, it asks you for your reg & comes up with a make shift speed somewhere in Cambs IRC

Seen this before.  Its a gag showing that your regno was allegedly through a scamera somewhere in deepest darkest Engerland.  Simply ditch it, if sent....   ;)
