Pretty sure it will get through parliament. As I said before the MP's are so jaded they will vote for just about anything now.
Does not seem like the cake and eat it brave new world deal we were promised. Compromise on compromise it seems to me.

I noticed Sky started a new Brexit free news service last night on ch523.
Of course we now have another two years of trade agreement or lack of it to come.

ERG seem to have mixed feelings so far.
SNP wont vote for anything resembling Brexit.
Lib,undems wont vote for it as they want to stop Brexit.
Labour officially will vote against as Corbyn and his gang automatically vote against anything brought forward by the Tories.
Labour MP,s in leave constituencies are very nervous and quite a few will vote for it.
Expelled Tories may well vote for it, unless they are hardened Europhiles like traitor Grieve who wont accepting being told to leave by thick plebs like us.
I think it will be a tight vote and wouldn't like to predict the result, apart from, it wont be the complete humiliation that was inflicted on May.
Given the chance, I think the public would vote for it as they neither care, or in many cases understand about the integrity of the UK.
Me - I haven't seen the details yet so wont judge, but I suspect I wont like it.

Boris is going to ask the EU to refuse a further extension, thus leaving the choice 'This deal or no deal'. I doubt very much whether they'll comply, but it would be nice if they did.

It would indeed, but as you say, I cant see them going along with it. While they still have a remainer Parliament they wont give up hope of forcing us to stay in.

If/when parliament reject this deal, I reckon it will strengthen Boris' hand in any future election.

Hard to see how he could lose an election, which is why Corbyn desperately doesn't want one. A week is a long time in politics though, so predictions are dangerous.

Commentators seem to be deducting the DUP's nine votes from the yes vote, but not adding it to the no vote. Abstention perhaps, but what's to be gained from that?

I suspect that Boris has merely polished May's turd a bit and things like continuing jurisdiction of the ECJ, the money, EU military, fishing rights, people from the EU having some kind of privileged super citizen status, the transition period, etc are still there. :-\

Surely if Parliament won't sign it off, and the EU won't negotiate further, then an extension becomes a moot point and a no deal exit on 31st is the only (agreeable) solution :-\
Anything else is quite simply a waste of time and money...

Absolutely spot on. What should happen now is a two hour programme on all the main channels on Friday night explaining in detail the whole deal. Then a two hour phone in with questions asked of the government negotiating team live.
Instead we will have endless speculation by the news pundits.

It's getting quite interesting now. The Liberal Undemocrats will howl if they are actually faced with such a stark choice.
Meanwhile, anti brexit campaigner Jo Maugham QC has launched a legal bid in Scotland to stop Boris' deal as it is illegal with regards to NI.........apparently.

The initial expectations of a win win brexit were overblown, This is the reality. Of course Boris will say that we have crushed the EU into submission and we have been given everything we 'demanded' ;)

I still think we’re better off coming out without a deal.. and I doubt they’ll vote for this crap deal Boris has conjured up.
