Yes, it was quite chaotic towards the end. My conclusions - Red Bull / Honda / Verstappen did a great job. Fair play to them. Mercedes don't have a "winning car " anymore, and with Woolff absent today, they aren't a winning team either. Hamilton was on the wrong tyres at the wrong time throughout the whole race. Luckily for them, they do have a winning driver, which recently, has masked the other factors.
Watching the Torro Rosso outdrag the Mercedes up the hill to he start / finish line demonstrated how far behind Mercedes are at the moment. They have possibly stopped development now though to concentrate on next year ?
Ferrari, although they obviously have a multitude of problems, mainly having to slow the car down every time they almost get caught cheating again, they need to grow a pair and dump Vettel. He is nothing but a disruption to their future plans, and adds nothing to the team.
Felt sorry for my local boy Albon, but he was author of his own misfortune. You don't leave the door that wide open with an all time great behind you, and seriously expect him not to charge through it.

Hamilton demoted to seventh for the Albon clash. A ludicrous decision.

Yes I was surprised  by that but Lewis having already apologized  on air made the stewards decision easy really. It's put  a McLaren  on the podium though which from a p20 start is a result
