Title: Corporation Tax

Today Boris has announced that plans to reduce Corporation Tax from 19% to 17% have been shelved.

I wonder if this is because he plans to sign up to the EU's demands for a 'level playing field' in the forthcoming trade talks to make it easier to clinch the deal by the end of next year?  ???  :-\  ::)

It is of course to fund the NHS.
