The more I think about it the more I believe people are voting primarily on Brexit.
Formerly staunch Labour voters from desirable Wakefield are said to be voting in large numbers for Bojo, because he is going to 'get Brexit done'
I wonder how many remain voters will vote for the 'Lib Dem girlie' because she will 'get Brexit undone'..... :)

Not many and they've back pedalled fast on their pledge to revoke A50 and are now talking about a second referendum. ::)
I'm sick of Liebore as ever using the NHS as a tool to fool the gullible, and judging by the amount of shite posted on facebook about the Tories flogging it off to Trump there are plenty about. :-\

Boris just needs to send a sick note to Andrew Neil and he should be alright.

I used to forge my own sick notes when I bunked off school.
I was an enterprising little bastard. :)

A mate of mine at school had a supply of report books that we used to complete for him his father a real evil bastard used to slipper him if he got a bad one, he was always top of the class from 1968/70..😆

the gullible
That's the majority of the British public, who will vote for whatever side their favourite newspaper/TV channel/arsebook group/website suggests they do.
-
I see the Brexit Party are saying no to HS2, so that's a possibility if I could believe a word that comes out of that idiots mouth. But as they are also against the East/West Expressway, they are out.
Fast running out of choices :(

I will be voting N.O.T.A. im afraid.

I’ll be voting blue but only cos they’re the only possibility of getting brexit done. I used to have a bit of faith in them but at risk of sounding like a scratched record all politicians really are cntus!!! I mean ffs. how can the liberal DEMOCRATS call themselves that when they’re pledging to go against a democratic vote. Beyond belief.
In happier news though I was happy to see the LD leader has got a cracking set of... campaign leaflets 🙃🙃🙃
-
Had a leaflet through the letterbox for the Tories, nothing from any of the others.I think it's a matter of voting for least worst rather than best although round here a labour win is pretty much a foregone conclusion, but they'd have to pay me exceedingly well to vote Labour while ever Corbyn or any of his cronies are in charge.

I suspect she's quite frigid M'lud and you'd have to whisper your love for the EU in her ear to get her going! :)

There is one clear choice:
Do not, under any circumstances, vote Labour.
Unfortunately who else you do vote for is not so clear cut and depends entirely on what is presented locally...

I fear it might need a tactical vote, to stop the braindead moron.

Well, yes, exactly. My description covered every single one of them, and none of them are suitable for running the country by some margin.
But Corbyn really, really, really must not get it.

That looks pretty conclusive.

And what were the odds on the last referendum?
;)
-
What happens if no party has a majority?
Do wee kranky, Foster or Swinson then become Queen maker ?
Or do we have yet another referendum?
Might be time to demand independence for Yorkshire.... ( if anyone thinks that is absurd , we have more people than Scotland and in the last Olympics medallled around 12th country in the world.)

Yep, but as I said, I've backed no overall control, so I can't really lose. :)

Just a temporary soujourn here in pork and tapas land. :y

Round here in Suffolkshire, the Tories could put a three legged donkey as a candidate and still win. :D Edit, it,s my 75th on the 12th too.
-
My constituency is so blue that Cleverly isn't even pretending to canvass for votes. He is campaigning in Colchester and Chelmsford as they are a bit dodgy. Mainly due to pesky students in the case of Colchester.

The election now comes down to Tory popularity v Liebour voting fraud. Don't forget if you are a Liebour supporter to vote early & very often & I hope you have remembered to fill in the postal ballots for your 87 wives & 342 cousins in Kashmir who are all 'entitled' to vote to move to the UK under Liebours open borders immigration policy. Corbyn has several convicted vote rigging fraudsters as senior members of his election team for a good reason where he knows he can't win the election by 'conventional' means. >:( :o :-X
If Corbyn wins he will establish a one party dictatorship where part of Marxist ideology is that if you win a democratic election by fair means or foul, where the end justifies the means, that is drilled into you as a one chance vital necessity. You have been warned. Stupid bint Margaret Beckett now says she regrets putting Corbyn forward as Liebour leader, you couldn't make this crap up. >:( >:( >:(

You seem very worried about this. Jonathan Ashworth is a senior member of Corbyns shadow cabinet. Shadow health minister no less. The secret recording of his phone call might give you some reassurance. Its brilliant.

I think you have to give him credit for being a good campaigner. Like the last election Labour have moved the conversation from BREXIT to the NHS and that has dominated the headlines, whether pictures of little boys lying on hospital floors are fake or not. ::)
Having said that, the narrative that Labour are the custodians of the NHS is complete 'dangle berries'! Remember the renegotiation of the Doctors contracts by Patricia Hewitt the then Labour Health Secretary, where they got a massive pay rise and the obligation to provide 24/7 services was removed? I bet the Dr's couldn't believe their luck! ::)

Your right they couldn't. A few years ago I read an interview with the chief doctors negotiator. He said we went into the talks and the Govt. side said "ok what do you want ?" The doctors side then gave them a wish list of demands, assuming this was an opening gambit and they would negotiate to an agreement somewhere in the middle, as is normal. He said they simply replied "ok, not a problem". And that was the end of the matter. The really could not believe their luck. A huge salary increase for less hours worked, and it basically became a Mon. to Fri. 9 to 5 job overnight.
Now 20 years later, GP,s claim they are overworked, underpaid et. etc. and send much of their work to A&E depts. as they simply cant cope with the stress.
What happened to doctors who saw their job as a calling, and went to almost any lengths to help the sick and afflicted ?
It takes 3 to 4 weeks to get an appointment at my local surgery these days, yet every time I go there the waiting room is almost empty.
A good friend of mine used to be the practice manager there and I asked him why this was the case. He told me its very simple. The doctors now spend much of their time doing private work and earning a fortune on top of their NHS six figure salaries, so NHS patients are a low priority.
As far as Im concerned they are a disgrace to their profession.
-
Well, they kept screaming for a peoples vote, and the people have voted.

I would say that was a very big factor leading to that result. How could you trust anyone in a green dress with pink shoes?! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;)

Yes and suspect mammaries. ::)

Thank god that shit is over.
Now can we have some cuts to the NHS, education and can HS2?

Don't forget cuts to population numbers - by hook, crook or cull...
