90lbft plus 30° plus 15° iirc.

Whatever you do, only tighten the front bolts with the full weight of the car on the wheels.

Ball joint is 60lbft, again, iirc :y

Yes, on the floor that I remember, tomorrow the right side and then idler bearing...

'idler bearing'?
I hope you mean 'bush' or new arm with bush?
I believe somebody tried using a bearing but it didn't last long, not to mention safety.
Balljoint to steering knuckle is 74lbft / 100Nm says Haynes.

Yes the torque for the two big wishbone bolts mentioned by DG is correct.
Torque to 120 Nm / 89lbf-ft, then angle tighten 30°, then further angle tighten 15°.

I'm very interested to hear how you get on with the bush replacement. I suspect you might be the first on here to try it out.

Bush replacement has been done before, but the faffing around time can perhaps be better spent simply fitting a replacement idler...  ;)

That comment is predicated on whether a good replacement arm with bush can actually be found.

couple of minutes with a press. Most of that is scratching around finding a tube to push the old bush into.

Just like rebushing wishbones, I would be much more concerned about the quality of the bush than the housing it fits into. But I don't consider either steering idlers or wishbones to be the problem that many forum members do.
