Just the board will do, doesn't matter if the battery holder is lose, buttons don't work etc, as long as the board hasn't been messed around with due to broken tracks etc.

I can check what I have in the garage, as I tend to replace the entire fob when the rubbers go.  If you haven't heard back from me by end of the weekend, PM me.
