Crops up occasionally, and would have helped me a huge amount if these had been available earlier. However...
These are for the 2002 model year. There may be differences in other model years, but they were good enough for me so sort out a 2001, built in 2000. They're certainly much closer to reality on my car than the Haynes Manuals.
A zip of all the diagrams.

Or if you want individual pages you can download them from here :

Excellent
Thanks for sharing :)

Very useful indeed. Thanks Malcolm. Might even be worth admins putting into the Guides section ?

Don't suppose you have the legends and applicability pages?
The diagrams alone are meaningless without. ;)

Not for people who actually KNOW how to read a circuit diagram they aren't. ::)
The legends are in the INDEX. https://github.com/MalcolmRobb/OmegaBCircuits/raw/master/INDEX.pdf
However, there isn't a cross reference from unit number to page/line number AFAIKS. The thing that I've got is all hot-linked, so you click on any of the blue items and it takes you to that page.

Reading the diagrams isn't an issue, identifying components and engine applicability is without reference.
Below is an example of how the original document is laid out, but it also includes 3D references for component location and plug pinouts and type, also including market and engine variations for all facelift Omegas.

The index tells you what any particular component is. For instance switch S30 (lines 3710 ish) is listed in the index as "S30 Switch - Seat heating, front, left" I accept it's not easy to go the other way - finding the circuit page/line for S30 from the index, but that's just the way the diagrams are.
Engine/Transmission/Market applicability is either noted at the bottom of the sheets, or in square boxes with or without a strike through.

Yep, got all that and more in electronic form. Can answer specific questions, but I'm not going to print to PDF and upload tens of thousands of pages.

I would question the validity of that source if the information is that inefficiently presented :-\
The physical diagrams etc I have is in the region of 170 or so pages amounting to about 30mm thickness.

These look like they have been "printed" from GlobalTIS
Can the OP confirm the source, and any publishing permissions, else it might not comply with our guidelines
2002 wiring diagrams are suitable for all DBW facelifts, except the X25DT engine.
