Was originally set too high, from when put the chrome surrounds on, has been bugging me for ages as the light would shine through the rev counter coz it was set too high, sorted now

Yeah certainly is, have been neglecting the car in terms of keeping clean, so it is getting a good sorting out, done the crud around the boot seals today and changed the boot struts, next job is to clean out the interior and put the new omega rugs in that I have had sitting around for quite a few years, the ones you cannot get anymore, with Omega embroidered in. Then deep clean under the bonnet before I do the exterior. See I have a plan to keep me busy.

Sounds like a plan, you can do the bacon rolls, I will social distance at 2 metres, review the works from 2 metres, wait for the bacon rolls, have the bacon rolls and review the work again from 2 metres, when finished the bacon roll exercise and review, I exercise my mind further while driving back to Peckham and post the plan up here when get back on how it can be done when the lockdown is lifted.

Thought as much, found new cleaning skills this afternoon, deep clean of the interior, pillars, ceiling carpets and all that, foam cleaner ran out just when got the last bit, then the hoover battery ran out as well, so will need to finish later as waiting to pick up more foam from Halfords, amount of dirt that's came off, shameful...….looking very clean though, apart from the bits need to finish, will do engine bay on Thursday afternoon.

I use Ambersil Groom foaming spray by the box load, works on pretty much anything except engine bay grease :D

It's a bit expensive in Halfords unless it's on offer...

Just paid £15 for Turtle wax multi purpose foam, carpet mat foam and leather conditioner (20% off at the mo), so not long finished doing the inside, leave the carpets to dry and put the new mats in tomorrow, stroll on engine bay Thursday.
