I see the city council have voted 12-0 to amend the cities rules in order to disband the police force in favour of community based "policing".This has yet to go to a public vote on the matter once the draft proposal has been firmed up.Apparently this new form of law enforcement will provide a more "holistic,health based" approach.This among a recent spate of shootings in the city.

Some states have gone mad. Colorado wants its officers to be personally liable for the first $25,000 of EVERY compensation claim against them and there isn't an insurance policy in place to cover it.

What is being proposed in Minnesota will only serve to legitimise lynch mobs and gang controlled areas. It won't end well :'(

The only good/bad that will come out of defunding the police is more Guns, Neighborhoods will organise armed patrols, and innocent people will die. 

 The reasoning behind it are valid, yes more money should go into mental health, and youth activities, so the police don't have to deal with these issues, The police are there to enforce the Law not clean up, and care for the homeless, people with mental health issues, etc... 

As a side note if they do defund '' gonna get me a GUN"
